The diversity of yoga training will bring balance to your exercise program, athletic performance, and your every day life. Personal yoga training at B3 combines traditional yoga theory and practice with the Western exercise disciplines of Pilates and functional fitness. Our trainers have strong anatomy and physiology backgrounds, as well as thoughtful and open perspectives on yoga in the modern world.
Just as the demands on your physical and mental body vary from day to day, so should your yoga practice. Yoga as a discipline teaches us to be flexible both physically and mentally. If your day is filled with stress, joy, fatigue, or excessive energy, your private yoga session can bring you back to a calm and rested state.
These sessions are designed for those who wish to share their yoga practice with others. Essentially a combined private session for each participant, you will work together at times, and also spend time focusing on your independent needs.
In your first session, you will meet with your Certified Yoga Trainer to create a clear understanding of your current state of health and wellness, and your goals for your health and yoga practice. Your trainer will use this information to build your custom program. That day, you will experience a sampling of what you can expect during ongoing sessions with your trainer, as well as develop an appointment schedule that considers your other weekly activities.
