We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We may use your email address to communicate with you, for example, to notify you of special offers, events, or programs you might find of interest. If at any time you want to opt out, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Body by Bennett e-Newsletter.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. We may also use these email addresses to provide order status and order tracking information, and to respond to queries.
We may offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

Purchase Policy
To register or purchase from the Body by Bennett online store, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to a 5% GST charge. Body by Bennett is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Shipping Policy
Shipping options and prices are based on the weight of the item. We usually ship items 1-3 days after receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy:
Services
We will gladly refund or exchange personal training, hockey or group training services before the start date of the package purchased. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another service that we provide. This credit will account for only the sessions remaining in your program at the time you requested cancellation. There is no cash refund.
Products
If for any reason, you purchase an item that is not totally satisfactory, please feel free to return it for refund or exchange within 14 days; we simply ask that the item be returned in store-bought condition and be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Books and DVD’s must be unopened from original packaging. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Personal Training Sessions
Cancellation – 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Medical Cancellations - Cancellation is permitted where an individual or team is not able to participate in a single session for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the individual or team was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued.
