Group Training

Body by Bennett offers a variety of small group classes each session. From our innovative Ready, Set, Go! programs, to our Spin Fusion classes, we have something for every fitness level.

Have you ever felt bored or even lost in a group exercise class? Small group training at B3 avoids that problem by applying personal training principles. The group instructor builds the class around each individual participant, ensuring that everyone gets their own workout. It is a great balance between the fun of group workouts, and the precision of personal training. Our next session - Summer (9 weeks) - begins June 14th.

B3Ready Set Go!

Unique to Body by Bennett, each of these small group training classes is designed to improve your strength, power, cardiovascular health, and fitness knowledge.

B3Ready

Focus on creating strength and safety in your everyday life. Ideal for beginners. Meet once a week for 9 weeks.

B3Set

For individuals that are in moderate shape. This class will focus on creating a healthy lifestyle and shaping the physique. Runs twice a week for 9 weeks.

B3Go!

Want to train like an athlete? Our Go! program is for advanced fitness. This class will increase your strength, agility, power and toning. Go! runs three times a week for a total of 9 weeks.

B3Crunch

Crunched for time? A mini-version of B3Set, this power class will help you make the most of your lunch hour. Meets over noon-hour, twice a week for 9 weeks.

B3Spin Fusion

A twist on the traditional spin class. This program will get your heart pumping with a series of hill climbs and sprints on the bike, and build muscle through strength exercises off the bike. It’s sure to give you a dynamic workout!

Start Fusion

Our beginner-focused spin class. The progressive sessions build up your fitness gradually.

Spin Fusion

A challenging spin class at a more advanced level. You'll be thankful for the other participants - motivation is vital during these sessions!

New! Akasha Yoga at B3!

Vedic Master Mandy Trapp has created a yoga/pilates mixed class that both lengthens and strengthens. The goal is to balance your body with stretching, and to stabilize your body with strength exercises. B3 Run

Whether you're just starting out on the sneakers, or need to shave another minute from your race time, B3Run classes offer the focus you need. Our instructors will assess your stride and help you adjust your mechanics to increase efficiency, and avoid injury. Learn how training in the gym can bolster improvements on the pavement. This program takes place in and around our beautiful downtown location in summer session.

Recovery

Recovery means giving your body the chance to benefit from your workouts. It is one of the least-hyped aspects of health and fitness, but is as vital to a person's health and longevity as drinking water. At Body by Bennett, we think of Recovery in three parts: Massage Therapy, Active Recovery, and Rest. It can become a struggle to overcome muscle soreness while keeping active.
