Any child can gain by learning to read his body movement, and by creating stability in the body at a young age. B3Kids small group training helps to create body awareness, body control, and muscle strength, at an intensity appropriate for kids ages 9-12.
Contact us if your child and her friends are interested in coming as a group to learn about fitness and try new activities they will not have seen in gym class. That is, if their school still offers gym class.
Teens know that they should be getting lots of exercise, but they don't know what to do, how to do it, or where they can work out with other teenagers. Often, teens believe that organized sports are the only answer, so disliking sports means they dislike exercise.
At B3, we have Teens-Only programs (for ages 13-17) that show youth that exercise is an opportunity for everyone to feel capable, have fun, and get in great shape - its not just for athletes.
